Job Description

Lead and drive overall sales strategy and execution for assigned markets, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with key customers, partners, system integrators, and strategic accounts.
Own new business development, key account management, and achievement of annual and quarterly revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, pricing models, and customer requirements to refine sales approaches.
Develop and implement sales plans, go-to-market strategies, and channel/partner strategies in compliance with applicable government and industry regulations.
Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline, sales forecasting, and revenue predictability.
Oversee and ensure accurate and timely sales reporting, CRM updates, and management dashboards.
Provide strategic pre-sales support including solution positioning, proposal reviews, pricing approvals, and negotiations; ensure effective post-sales coordination for customer satisfaction and retention.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings, and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and market positioning.
Mentor, guide, and review the performance of sales executives or junior team members, where applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
