Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, invoices, reconciliations , and bookkeeping . Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally (or ERP systems) . Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements , including Cash Flow, P&L, and Balance Sheet . Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash . Process AP/AR and manage SBI stock summaries . Oversee GST filing , TDS payment and return filing , and Form 16 & 16A preparation. Manage EPF filings, payments, and payroll , including payslip generation and salary processing . Calculate income tax for employees and manage loan interest calculations . Coordinate audit closure , including responses to auditor queries. Assist in budgeting, expense tracking , and financial planning . Support management with financial details for applications and compliance requests . Initiate payments , ensure accuracy, and maintain transaction records. Participate in review meetings and provide timely financial insights.
