Job Description – Sales Manager (Channel Sales) Department: Sales Industry: Real Estate Reporting To: AGM Location: Chennai  Salary: 25000 - 30000 Monthly Incentives: 50000 Role Overview The Sales Manager – Channel Sales is responsible for driving sales through channel partners, managing broker relationships, generating leads, and ensuring smooth closures. The role demands strong networking, negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver consistent sales performance in a competitive real estate environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Channel Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management • Identify, onboard, and maintain active relationships with Channel Partners (CPs). • Regularly update CPs on project details, pricing, offers, and inventory availability. • Conduct weekly partner visits and engagement activities. 2. Revenue Generation & Target Achievement • Drive CP-generated leads, site visits, bookings, and closures. • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets through active channel management. • Track sales funnel and ensure timely follow-up with CPs and customers. 3. Channel Engagement & Activation • Organize channel meets, broker briefings, and training sessions. • Coordinate with marketing to execute CP-focused promotions and campaigns. • Drive visibility of projects across the broker network. 4. Customer Handling (Through CPs) • Assist CPs in customer meetings, site visits, negotiation, and closure. • Ensure smooth documentation, booking process, and coordination with CRM teams. • Address and resolve customer/partner escalations. 5. Reporting & Market Intelligence • Maintain daily/weekly reports on leads, site visits, and closures. • Track competitor pricing, offers, and market trends. • Provide insights to management for decision-making. Skills & Competencies • Strong network of brokers/channel partners. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to deliver under pressure and meet aggressive targets. • Good understanding of real estate project features, customer needs, and market dynamics. • Energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented. Experience & Qualifications • Experience: 3–7 years in Real Estate Channel Sales. • Education: Any graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). • Proven track record in channel-driven real estate sales. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Number of active CPs. • CP-generated site visits, bookings & revenue. • Relationship strength and partner retention. • Accuracy of reporting and market intelligence.
