About the Role

KTM Asansol is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager who can lead the sales team, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the automobile industry and proven expertise in managing high-performance sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual retail targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for KTM motorcycles.
• Plan, execute, and monitor sales activities, customer engagement events, and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with individuals, corporates, and influencers in the region.
• Conduct regular market analysis to track competition, pricing, and customer trends.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, customer satisfaction, and resolution of escalations.
• Coordinate closely with the showroom, service, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
• Train and motivate sales executives to improve product knowledge, closing skills, and customer handling.
• Maintain proper documentation, compliance, and adherence to KTM sales processes and brand standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automobile sector, preferably two-wheeler or premium motorcycle brands.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to analyze market trends and plan sales strategies accordingly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Passion for motorcycles and enthusiasm for the KTM brand.
