Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Distributor appointment: prospecting, business presentation, assessment, short-listing, selection, and onboarding
Distribution management: Hand-holding of new distributors, guiding and supporting performing distributors, justifying the potential of areas and segments
Sales management: Overall volume, product mix, new product sales, area and segment wise sale
Stock management: distributors paid stock, their order frequency, supply against order, demand forecasting
Debtors management: Primary and secondary debtors analysis and management
Promotion management: BTL understanding, Ground activation and Ground Visibility plan and execution

Qualification & Cretiria:

Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Engineering ( Mechanical / Automobile), BSc
Proven experience in Similar Areas & Products Marketing for 3-5 years in same or nearby geography
Product application knowledge in automobile aftermarket
OEMs and their business strategy in lubricants in aftermarket
Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in English, Hindi and local language communication

UP, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamilnadu
