Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and target potential real estate clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Candidate must have previous experience of sales in a luxury project where the average ticket size is not less than 2 crs in the last 2/4 years.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to offer tailored property solutions.
To execute marketing strategies to showcase luxury properties, including high-quality photos, virtual tours, and print materials.
Market Penetration Industry wise.
Responsible for Sales activity with all Client enquiries (inbound & Outbound) in terms of Face 2 Face interaction, Site inspection, Negotiations and finally closures.
Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
To ensure that the maintenance of proper discipline in regulation to the standard operation procedures as established by the organization.
To ensure proper following of systems and processes in dealing with clients on daily basis.
To ensure proper sales reporting to respective line managers on daily basis.
