The Opportunity

Sales Manager


🔑 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, pitch, and close enterprise deals through in-person client visits and solution demos
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and decision-makers
  • Deliver customized presentations highlighting our AI-enabled ERP value proposition
  • Accurately manage your pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools


✅ 

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–5 years

     of B2B 

    field sales experience

    , preferably in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise IT
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and map them to software solutions
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
