Finance Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive *Finance Executive* to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support strategic planning. You will be a vital part of the finance team, aligning processes with business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closures
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flows; prepare variance analysis reports
• Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance filings are accurate and timely
• Generate and analyze MIS reports for internal teams and client project tracking
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and vendors as needed
• Support finance module-related improvements in ERP workflows
• Assist in financial planning for marketing and training arms (e.g., Qrios Academy)

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, or MBA preferred)
• 23 years of experience in accounting and finance roles
• Proficiency in *Tally, Zoho Books*, or similar accounting platforms
• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian financial compliance norms
• Good working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
• Familiarity with ERP systems or digital billing workflows is a plus
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently in a dynamic setting

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and interdepartmental coordination
• Experience handling client billing, project budgets, or vendor management
• Exposure to financial audits, payroll processing, or cost control measures
