Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, and brand positioning for the organization in the mechanical and automation industry. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, client relationship management, and execution of marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of automation and mechanical systems along with proven sales leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.

* Identify new business opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, OEMs, and EPC sectors.

* Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and drive KPIs.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.

Marketing Leadership

* Develop B2B marketing strategies to promote brand visibility and product awareness.

* Lead digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, and trade show participation.

* Coordinate technical product promotions, catalog development, and campaigns.

Team Management

* Recruit, train, and manage sales and marketing professionals.

* Mentor team members to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.

* Organize regular training on technical and commercial selling.

Product & Market Knowledge

* Understand mechanical and automation products such as motors, gearboxes, actuators, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, etc.

* Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy.

* Coordinate with technical teams and suppliers for product positioning and pricing.

Customer Engagement & CRM

* Implement CRM systems for pipeline tracking, reporting, and customer retention.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and communication.

Channel Management:

* Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks.

* Ensure proper territory mapping and conflict resolution.

Qualification :- Diploma /Degree in (Mechanical) Must

Salary - Depend upon Experience
