Job Description: Sales Manager - Inspection and Certification Position Title: Business Development Manager Location: Delhi, Mumbai Company: Astraleus Services Private Limited - Accredited by NABCB Company Overview: Astraleus Services Private Limited is a premier inspection & IMS certification organization, accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies (NABCB). Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the inspection and certification domain. The ideal candidate will drive sales initiatives, foster client relationships, and contribute to our growth strategy. An MBA in Marketing is required for this position. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify and assess market trends to capitalize on new business opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Actively seek new clients to expand our market presence. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies. Organize training sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs. Stay informed about industry regulations and NABCB accreditation standards. Collaboration: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery aligned with client expectations. Partner with marketing to design promotional materials and campaigns. Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Qualifications: Graduation Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the inspection and certification industry. Strong understanding of NABCB accreditation processes and industry standards. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Age limit: 25-40 Preferred Qualifications: Local male candidates are preferred.
