Position Overview: Are you a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in closing deals and mastering negotiations? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, build strong client relationships, and ensure we consistently meet and exceed our sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Client Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Deal Closure: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction. Negotiation: Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements for both clients and developers. Market Insight: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and adjust strategies accordingly. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and action plans to improve results. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient sales process. Social Media Home Tours: In collaboration with the marketing team, showcase our stunning properties through engaging home tours on social media, creating captivating short-form videos that attract and inspire potential buyers! Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and developers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Documentation: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth and seamless transaction process. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales process. Social Media Home Tours: In collaboration with the marketing team, showcase our stunning properties through engaging home tours on social media, creating captivating short-form videos that attract and inspire potential buyers!
