Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Project Showcases: Conduct project tours and presentations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our projects. Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest market trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients and the team. Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and developers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Documentation: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth and seamless transaction process. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales process. Social Media Home Tours: In collaboration with the marketing team, showcase our stunning properties through engaging home tours on social media, creating captivating short-form videos that attract and inspire potential buyers!
