Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Saket. The Sales Associate will interact with clients to understand their travel needs, provide tailored recommendations, and assist in designing customized travel packages.

They will manage sales inquiries, provide pricing details, and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales, relationship management, and client interaction skills
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of the travel industry, including domestic and international travel packages
• Experience in providing exceptional customer support and resolving queries effectively
• Familiarity with travel booking systems or platforms is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
