Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and offer product recommendations
• Provide accurate product information, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Assist with fitting, demonstrations, or product trials when applicable
• Resolve customer concerns professionally or escalate to management as needed

Sales & Store Performance

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Promote sales, special offers, and loyalty programs
• Upsell, cross-sell, and suggest complementary items

Store Operations

• Replenish shelves, restock merchandise, and maintain inventory accuracy
• Maintain store cleanliness, including displays, fitting rooms, and stock areas
• Assist with receiving, tagging, and organizing new merchandise
• Follow loss-prevention procedures and security guidelines

Team Collaboration

• Work with team members to achieve daily store goals
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates
• Support management with any additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic math and computer skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn

Work Environment

• Fast-paced retail setting
• Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability depending on store needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
