Cityflo is a daily commute company that provides a comfortable, stress-free travel experience for corporate professionals, as an alternative to driving. With premium buses, a simple app and caring customer service, our passengers get the luxury of time in their busy schedules — where they can read their book, watch Netflix, nap or simply soak in the view of the city. We're bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way. Today, we run 400 buses and log 22000 daily bookings. After having established a strong product-market fit and building a profitable business in Mumbai, we’ve expanded services to Hyderabad and Delhi where the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 1 year, we plan to scale to 700 buses and 80,000 daily bookings across all cities.

About the Role
This role is a key part of Cityflo’s Rentals business, responsible for driving growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. You will be the face of Cityflo — understanding their mobility needs, offering tailored rental solutions, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience. You will work closely with multiple internal teams to ensure service excellence, while independently owning targets, lead pipelines, and client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, self-driven, and excited to build and scale a growing business vertical within Cityflo.
What we expect from this -
● Complete responsibility of the rentals lead lifecycle. Reaching out to the leads, pitching and conversions.
● Strategize and execute ambitious growth plans on quarterly and annual basis to drive top line revenue.
● Conduct market research to develop insights and identify business opportunities.
● Present Cityflo brand to corporates, SMEs, Travel agents and adhoc groups for rental opportunity.
● Must possess strong negotiating skills and contracting experience for new business acquisitions.
● Build strong relationships with new & existing clients and ensure strong business retention.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure execution of brand specific service levels. Finance & Accounts - For billing, payments & collection.
Fulfillment - For rental operations.
● Participate and network in industry exhibitions/conferences and represent Cityflo.
Requirements -
● Experience of 1-2 years in corporate sales and account management.
● Passion for sales & BD with an ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
● Possess strong marketing and negotiation skills.
● Strong communicator - should be able to express ideas clearly & confidently with internal stakeholders and external clients.
● He / she should be comfortable working in a small team or as an individual contributor.
