Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Delhi Faridabad border . The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate sales records, achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service abilities
Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Problem-solving and organizational skills, alongside attention to detail
Proficiency in using basic technology and point-of-sale systems
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Prior experience in sales or a customer-focused role is beneficial
Fluency in English and Hindi is advantageous
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
