Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Ajmer. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their advertising needs, building and maintaining strong relationships, providing tailored advertising solutions, and driving sales efforts to meet business objectives. Additional duties include preparing sales proposals, conducting market research, and following up with potential clients to secure deals and generate revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research and analytics to identify customer needs and preferences
• Ability to develop and deliver sales proposals effectively
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Basic knowledge of digital and traditional advertising concepts is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
