About the Company We are seeking a North Technical Sales Manager to expand our client base in the automation machinery sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technical sales, specifically in machinery systems like conveyors, packing solutions, and lifting equipment. This role requires extensive travel within the region to meet clients, close deals, and maintain long-term business relationships. About the Role The role of Technical Sales Manager involves managing sales and client relationships, developing business strategies, and traveling frequently to meet clients in the North region. Responsibilities: Sales & Client Management: Identify and target potential clients in the region. Present, demonstrate, and explain automation solutions to prospective customers. Analyze client requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently. Business Development: Develop strategies to expand the client base in the assigned region. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to clients. Travel The role requires frequent travel (70%-80%) within the NORTH regions, particularly in Delhi/NCR, to meet clients on-site. Qualifications: Diploma/BE in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering Experience: 3 to 5 years Required Skills: Proven experience (3-5 years) in technical sales within the automation machinery industry. Strong technical knowledge of machinery systems such as conveyors, packing, and lifting solutions. Proficiency in AutoCAD to assist with designing and presenting solutions. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and sales-driven mindset. Willingness to travel extensively within the region (70-80%). Preferred Skills: The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong sales acumen and technical expertise in automation systems. They must be customer-focused, with a proven track record of building successful client relationships and achieving sales targets.
