Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at our company located in HATHRAS, you will be leading the sales team towards achieving company objectives through effective sales strategies and revenue growth. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing the sales team's performance, and fostering relationships with key clients. You are expected to be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a drive to meet targets in a competitive environment. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, setting sales targets, and collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies. Additionally, you will recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and resolving customer issues effectively. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in CRM software and strong analytical skills are required. Your performance will be measured based on sales targets achievement, team performance, customer acquisition and retention rates, sales cycle efficiency, and forecast accuracy.
