What You’ll Do

• Lead, inspire and manage the Sales team to achieve new car sales targets and deliver world-class customer experiences.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, using JLR Composite and Retailer data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Recruit, coach, and develop Sales Executives, F&I Managers, and future leaders within the team.
• Build a culture of collaboration across Sales, Service, and Parts to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Oversee key activities including team meetings, lead management, prospecting, and customer issue resolution.
• Work with the Head of Business to set short-term targets and long-term plans for sales growth.
• Drive continuous improvement in compliance, training, and customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in Sales Management within the automotive industry (premium or luxury brand experience preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Excellent knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and customer experience best practices.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategies and deliver results.
• A passion for premium brands and delivering excellence to customers.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in automotive sales, including at least 3–5 years in a Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Prior experience with premium or luxury automotive brands (Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Lexus, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and reporting tools.
