Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry. Salary: As per Industry norms. Skills: o Strong understanding of solar energy systems, products, and services (training will be provided if necessary). o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. o Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. o Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities. o Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. o A passion for renewable energy and sustainable solutions. o Should have the ability to set up a new dealership.
