Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai or Gujrat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, managing customer relationships, preparing sales reports, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also be involved in negotiating contracts, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Sales and Marketing skills
Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Business Development
Proficiency in preparing Sales Reports and Sales Forecasting
Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
