Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform

  PLC programming, troubleshooting, and logic modifications

  .
• Conduct

  onsite support

  including system integration, testing, and commissioning.
• Handle

  PID tuning

  for parameters such as airflow, temperature, and humidity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution and documentation.
• Ensure automation systems comply with

  pharma and regulatory standards

  .

Techical Skills Required

PLC Platforms:

• Allen Bradley (RS Logix 500 / Studio 5000)
• Siemens (TIA Portal)
• Mitsubishi (GX Works 3)

SCADA Systems:

• Zenon (Versions 7.60 / 8.20 / 11)

HMI Programming:

• Weintek (EasyBuilder)
• Beijer (iX Developer)
• Delta (DIA Screen)
• Allen Bradley (FactoryTalk View)

Additional:

• Basic knowledge of Pharma processes and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
