Job Title: Plant Quality Control (QC) Manager Location: Umbergaon,Gujarat Qualification : BE- Mechannical Experience: 10-15yrs Key Responsibilities: Lead the quality control function across the plant for all CAPEX and standard machine manufacturing projects. Develop and enforce quality control standards and testing procedures in accordance with industry certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.). Manage incoming, in-process, and final product inspections for components and finished machines. Oversee calibration and maintenance of quality inspection tools (e.g., CMMs, gauges, precision instruments). Collaborate with Engineering and Production on first article inspections, process validations, and design reviews. Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA) for internal quality issues and customer complaints. Prepare detailed quality reports, trend analysis, and dashboards to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
