Role & responsibilities

• Programmed and commissioned

  Siemens (S7-1500, TIA Portal)

  and

  Rockwell ControlLogix

  PLC systems for batch, utility, and packaging operations.
• Designed and improved SCADA/HMI systems using

  WinCC, WinCC Unified, FactoryTalk View SE/ME

  for enhanced operator visibility.
• Ensured compliance with

  GMP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11

  , maintaining validated control systems and supporting IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.
• Integrated process equipment (mixers, reactors, CIP/SIP, HVAC, packaging lines) with PLC/SCADA for seamless control and monitoring.
• Conducted troubleshooting for PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, VFDs, and communication networks (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Profibus).
• Led automation upgrades and retrofits to reduce downtime by XX% and increase overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
