Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals. Monitor team performance and provide guidance and coaching as needed. Identify new market opportunities and stay current with industry trends and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies. Ensure CRM tools and systems are used effectively to track leads and manage the sales pipeline. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into actionable plans. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
