Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting sales strategies to achieve company growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation tools. Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings. Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos for the senior sales team. Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and customer information. Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to potential clients. Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company and expand the client base.
