Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer Location: [AHMEDABAD] Job Type: [Full-time ] Department: Engineering / Construction Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site operations to ensure construction activities are carried out as per design, schedule, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the technical team, contractors, and project stakeholders to maintain quality and efficiency on-site. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of work. Ensure that all materials used and work performed meet required standards and project specifications. Prepare site reports, progress reports, and other necessary documentation. Ensure health and safety protocols are followed by all site personnel. Resolve any unexpected technical issues and problems that may arise during construction. Provide technical advice and support to workers and subcontractors. Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and milestones. Monitor and manage site tools, equipment, and labor resources. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering (as relevant). Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry. Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Certifications:OSHA / Safety Certification PMP or related project management training (optional) Working Conditions:Must be willing to work on-site in varying environmental conditions. May involve extended hours depending on project needs.
