Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in on-site construction and structural engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the site, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

:Supervise and coordinate construction site activitiesMonitor daily project progress and maintain accurate recordsConduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standardsCoordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and other stakeholdersManage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipmentEnsure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and project plansIdentify and resolve on-site issues effectivelyMaintain project documentation and provide regular updates to the management team

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field2 to 4 years of proven experience in on-site construction work and structural engineeringStrong understanding of quality control and site safety practicesExperience using construction management tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, etc. Excellent communication and coordination skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
