Noah Infrastructure is dedicated to excellence and innovative solutions in every project.Roles & Responsibilities• Act as the main point of contact between the construction company and government departments (e.g., municipal corporations, development authorities, pollution control boards, fire department, etc.).• Facilitate timely approval of construction-related permits such as building plan approval, fire NOC, environmental clearance, and occupancy certificates.• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, building by-laws, and local regulatory norms• Prepare and submit required documentation for various construction approvals and clearances.• Liaise with architects, legal consultants, and engineers to gather and verify documentation before submission.• Track the status of applications and follow up regularly for approvals from government agencies.• Build and maintain positive working relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to collect data required for compliance-related inspections.• Support legal and compliance departments in resolving statutory or regulatory issues.• Provide regular reports and updates to the management on the status of approvals and pending issues
