Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The individual will engage in client relationship management, market research, and forecasting sales performance. Qualifications Experience in Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Team Leadership in relevant sector Skills in Client Relationship Management, Market Research, and Sales Forecasting Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Proficiency in using CRM Software and Sales-related Tools Bachelor's/Masters degree Mechanical, Civil, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Ability to work in Indore and complete travel related requirements of the profile Experience in the water technology or related industry is a plus.
