We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist FMCG E-commerce & Q-commerce who can drive online sales growth, manage vendor negotiations, and optimize marketplace performance across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. The ideal candidate should have expertise in FMCG online retail, quick commerce strategies, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities Sales Growth & Revenue Optimization (FMCG Focus) Develop and execute sales strategies for E-commerce & Q-commerce channels to achieve revenue targets. Monitor FMCG market trends and adjust pricing, promotions, and assortment accordingly. Ensure high visibility, search ranking, and conversion rates of FMCG SKUs across platforms. Vendor & Platform Negotiations Negotiate with marketplace partners for better margins, visibility, and trade promotions. Manage vendor agreements, trade marketing budgets, and resolve disputes effectively. Optimize profitability through strategic planning of slotting fees and deals. Performance Marketing & Demand Generation Work closely with the marketing team to plan and optimize PPC campaigns, Amazon Ads, Google Shopping, etc. Analyze campaign performance, ROI of promotions, and competitor activities to improve sales. Align E-commerce goals with social media and influencer campaigns. Q-commerce Strategy Expand presence on Q-commerce platforms by identifying new opportunities and onboarding partners.
