What

Sales

• Assist the sales team in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Coordinate and monitor sales activities, ensuring targets are met and deadlines are adhered to.
• Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments such as marketing, finance, and supply chain.

Customer

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Implement customer feedback to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
