Job Description

The Marketing Executive/Manager for Polymer Emulsion will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our polymer emulsion products. This role involves market research, campaign management, and collaboration with sales and R&D teams to maximize market penetration and brand visibility.

Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or related field.
2 years experience in marketing, preferably in the chemical or polymer industry.
Strong understanding of polymer emulsion products and market trends.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies for polymer products.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
Collaborate with R&D and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product development and sales strategies.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, media, and customers.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market positioning.
Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and press releases.
Create and develop new customers.
