Job Description

Role: Sales & Marketing Executive Home Automation

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and achieve sales targets for smart locks, smart switches, and automated curtains.
Pitch and present home automation solutions to architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and direct customers.
Conduct product demonstrations at showrooms, client offices, and project sites.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Plan and execute marketing activities, promotions, exhibitions, and tie-ups.
Coordinate with digital marketing team and influencers for brand awareness and lead generation.
Negotiate deals, close sales, and follow up on payments.
Maintain sales reports and share market feedback.
Coordinate with installation and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Passionate and target-driven sales professional with field sales experience.
Background in home automation, electricals, electronics, construction, or building materials preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Graduate in any discipline (technical or MBA background is an advantage).
