Job Title: Sales Manager – Supply Chain Finance

Location: Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA (Based on experience and fit)

Experience Required: 3+ years in Supply Chain Finance (Channel Finance, Vendor Finance, PID, Anchor Onboarding)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive our Supply Chain Finance portfolio, including products like Channel Finance, Vendor Finance, Purchase Invoice Discounting (PID), and Anchor Onboarding.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the Supply Chain Finance domain, with a strong understanding of sourcing business through DSA (Direct Selling Agents) and managing partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new DSAs for supply chain finance business sourcing

• Drive channel finance and PID transactions by acquiring new anchors and vendor relationships

• Actively manage and grow the portfolio through structured and scalable sourcing strategies

• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursal and turnaround

• Meet monthly targets and build a strong funnel across supply chain finance products

• Ensure compliance and maintain quality of sourced cases

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of SCF products (Channel Finance, PID, Anchor-based lending)

• Proven track record of sourcing through DSAs and relationship management

• Strong understanding of anchor-led financing models and associated risks

• Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead sourcing efforts
