Job Description

Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for PTFE products, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Identify and target new business opportunities and key accounts within relevant industries (e.g., chemical, automotive, pharmaceuticals, food processing, etc.).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust and optimize sales plans.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored PTFE solutions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product issues effectively and professionally.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs for PTFE products, ensuring that growth objectives are met on time.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
Product Knowledge & Technical Support:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of PTFE products, their applications, and their benefits across different industries.
- Provide technical support to clients regarding product specifications, installations, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure product quality and delivery meet client expectations.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive products.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasting, and performance metrics for management review.
- Stay updated on PTFE industry advancements, new technologies, and regulatory changes.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
