Job Description

Key Responsibilities- Franchise Partner Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing franchise partners to ensure alignment with company standards, performance improvement, and mutual growth. Franchise Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners to expand the organization’s footprint and market reach. Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across franchise and direct client channels. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales objectives. Set clear targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure effective training and development of team members. Business Development: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support franchise development and sales initiatives. Reporting & Analytisc: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management.
