About the Role

Sales Manager / Account Executive (AE)

consultative selling

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Ownership

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Own end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
  • Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    CXOs, VPs, and Directors

    .
  • Understand client pain points and position our

    AI/LLM solutions

    as strategic enablers.
  • Opportunity Management

  • Work with Business Development Managers to qualify opportunities.
  • Manage pipeline through CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho or similar).
  • Lead RFP/RFI responses and tailor proposals with solution teams.
  • Collaboration

  • Partner with delivery, engineering, and product teams to align solutions.
  • Work closely with marketing and inside sales teams to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Market Expansion

  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to expand reach.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience:

    7–10 years in

    B2B sales

    of technology services or SaaS. Prior experience in AI/ML, Cloud, or Enterprise Applications (Workday, SAP, Salesforce, etc.) a strong plus.
  • Sales Skills:

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding $2M–$5M+ annual quota.
  • Skilled in solution selling, consultative sales, and negotiation.
  • Strong experience with

    enterprise deal cycles (6–12 months)

    .
  • Domain Knowledge:

  • Understanding of AI/LLM/GenAI landscape and ability to explain ROI to business leaders.
  • Exposure to data services, annotation, or enterprise AI adoption a plus.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly self-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Network of decision-makers at Fortune 500 or mid-market enterprises.
  • Prior experience selling

    LLM fine-tuning, AI consulting, or cloud/ERP services

    .
  • Multi-country exposure (US, Europe, APAC).
