Summary: As a Sales Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering the sales plan and growing the sales team. A typical day involves collaborating with leadership teams and Customer Account Leaders to ensure the sales strategy aligns with the overall business objectives. You will engage with various stakeholders to drive performance and achieve sales targets, while also mentoring team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in the sales domain. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team and ensure they are equipped to meet sales objectives. - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Pre-sales Solutioning, Requirement Analysis, Proposal/RFP Management, Solution Design, Client & Stakeholder Management, Business Case Development, Costing/Pricing, and Strong Communication & presentation Skills. - Good To Have Skills: Bid Management, Market Research, Competitive Analysis, RFP, RFI, Proposal Building - Strong understanding of sales forecasting and pipeline management. - Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
