Project Role :Sales Management Practitioner

Project Role Description :Deliver sales plan and grow sales team. Deliver the sales plan working with the leadership teams and CALs within their CG, MU, Market or Services.

Summary:As a Sales Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering the sales plan and growing the sales team. A typical day involves collaborating with leadership teams and Customer Account Leaders to ensure the sales strategy aligns with the overall business objectives. You will engage in discussions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, while also supporting your team in achieving their targets and fostering a positive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet organizational goals.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and objectives.- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
