Summary: As a Sales Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering the sales plan and growing the sales team. A typical day involves collaborating with leadership teams and Customer Account Leaders to ensure the sales strategy aligns with the overall business objectives. You will engage in discussions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, while also supporting your team in achieving their targets and fostering a positive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet organizational goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and objectives. - Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Go-to-Market Strategies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Marketing Analytics and Reporting. - Strong understanding of market research techniques to identify customer needs and trends. - Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights to drive performance. - Familiarity with customer relationship management tools to track sales activities and customer interactions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategies. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
