Summary:We are seeking a high impact senior leader to lead our Academic Alliances and Learning Solutions. This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for shaping value driven solution offerings, enabling business development, and building academic partnerships that accelerate long term business growth. The ideal candidate should be from an EdTech background and understand the partnership landscape with Academic institutes. Roles & Responsibilities:?Develop and execute partnership strategies with top universities, and academic institutions in India.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with academic leaders and key decision-makers across institutions.
  • Engage with market research teams to assess trends and inform alliance expansion strategies.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of alliances, including outreach, negotiations, MoUs, contracts, and compliance.
  • Lead and evolve the solutioning function, establishing best practices and scalable frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, presales, and delivery teams to shape early stage opportunities and create end-to-end Learning solutions across services, and delivery models.
  • Shape deal strategies, solution narratives, executive presentations, and proposals.
  • Act as a senior advisor in key pursuits, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding complex deal cycles.Professional & Technical
    Skills:
  • ?10+ years of experience, with demonstrated ability to build strategic alliances with academic institutions, universities and exposure in designing solutions with partners. ?Proven success in leading large partnership ecosystems, designing solutions, and business development.
  • Strong understanding of learning models, and education ecosystem trends.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and academic heads.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
