Deliver sales plan and grow sales team. Deliver the sales plan working with the leadership teams and CALs within their CG, MU, Market or Services.

Summary:As a Sales Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering the sales plan and growing the sales team. A typical day involves collaborating with leadership teams and Customer Account Leaders to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands. You will engage with various stakeholders to drive performance and foster a culture of success within the sales team, while continuously assessing and adapting strategies to meet evolving market conditions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Academic Alliance, Strategic Partnership Development, Business Development & Growth Strategy, Stakeholder & Relationship Management, Negotiation & Deal Closure, Market & Competitor Analysis

  • CRM Tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), Experience in EdTech Alliances, Team Leadership & Coordination, Event Participation & Industry Networking
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using sales management software and tools.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
