BBA / MBA graduates with technical certifications or coursework (Analytics, AI, Computer Science basics). Completed courses or projects in Business Intelligence, AI, Data Analytics, or SaaS sales . Strong communication skills and passion for sales and client engagement . Genuine interest in technology, business development, and consultative selling . People interested in Techno – commercial career What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Training Phase: Learn how AI and BI platforms are sold to Enterprises, and Governments. Understand how to deliver product demos, handle objections, and build client pipelines. Get hands-on CRM usage training (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). How to generate leads and book demos ✅ Execution Phase: Assist in lead generation and outbound campaigns. Set up meetings, support demos, and manage client communications. Handle first-level objections and identify opportunities independently. Work with senior sales leaders on real-world deals. Skills You Should Have 🔹 Understanding of basic Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI) , and AI concepts . 🔹 Good communication skills (written + verbal). 🔹 Strong interest in techno-commercial roles —selling technology + business value . 🔹 High learning agility and self-motivation to grow fast. 🔹 Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
