Role Overview

Sales Intern


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database.
  • Explain BCI’s offerings and schedule demo meetings for the sales/demo team.
  • Update and maintain CRM records of calls and meetings.
  • Follow up with leads post-demo to ensure closure or feedback collection.
  • Coordinate with the demo and operations teams for lead handovers.
  • Achieve weekly targets for calls, demos booked, and follow-ups completed.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Good command of English and Hindi
  • Comfortable with phone-based client interactions.
  • Basic understanding of sales and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
