Our goal is to empower brokers with tools, training, and opportunities to grow their business. Role Overview We’re looking for an energetic Sales Intern to join our BCI Growth Team. The intern will play a key role in the lead qualification process — calling potential clients, scheduling product demos, and following up on leads after demo sessions. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database. Explain BCI’s offerings and schedule demo meetings for the sales/demo team. Update and maintain CRM records of calls and meetings. Follow up with leads post-demo to ensure closure or feedback collection. Coordinate with the demo and operations teams for lead handovers. Achieve weekly targets for calls, demos booked, and follow-ups completed. Requirements Strong communication and persuasion skills. Good command of English and Hindi Comfortable with phone-based client interactions. Basic understanding of sales and CRM tools is a plus. Self-motivated and target-driven.
