The Role

lead-by-example, hands-on Sales Leader

PAN-India leadership role

Key Responsibilities

1. Own the Outcome

  • Drive enterprise revenue growth across AI (EvalN) and Cybersecurity (S-365) portfolios.
  • Lead complex enterprise pursuits from opportunity discovery through closure.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and CXOs.
  • Maintain a strong and healthy opportunity pipeline.

2. Lead by Example

  • Personally lead strategic pursuits and demonstrate how to win enterprise deals.
  • Mentor and guide account executives through active opportunities.
  • Be present with customers and partners — a field-driven leader.

3. Deep Domain Selling

  • Articulate the business and technical value of AI orchestration, MDR, XDR, and threat intelligence.
  • Simplify complex technologies into clear, outcome-based value propositions.
  • Stay ahead of AI and Cybersecurity trends to position Qylis as a trusted advisor.

4. Market Expansion & Partnerships

  • Strengthen Qylis’s presence across key regions and verticals.
  • Leverage partnerships with

    Microsoft, eSentire, Nvidia

    , and other ecosystem players.
  • Build alliances and co-selling programs that accelerate growth.

5. Operate with Precision

  • Maintain CRM discipline and forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor deal progression, pipeline health, and closure ratios.
  • Work closely with leadership to align sales execution with organizational goals.

6. Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven record of closing large, complex enterprise technology deals.
  • Deep working knowledge of

    MDR/XDR, SOC, Cloud Security, AI/ML Platforms

    , and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Strong network of

    CISOs, CIOs, CTOs

    , and IT decision-makers across industries.
  • Experienced in consultative, solution-based selling of high-value technology solutions.
  • Operates with ownership, accountability, and results orientation.
  • Hands-on leader, not a door-knocker — confident in the field and in front of clients.
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering / Computer Science / Technology.
  • MBA in Sales / Marketing / Business Strategy preferred.

  • Hands-on leader, quick learner, and deeply knowledgeable in AI and Cybersecurity.

  • Strategic yet field-oriented; equally comfortable in customer meetings and boardrooms.
