Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Leader at Docwo, located in Kochi. The Sales Leader will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, including team management and strategic planning
• Strong knowledge of market analysis, business development, and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
