We are seeking a hands-on Azure Architect with strong DevOps expertise to join our core engineering team. This role combines cloud architecture design, DevOps automation, and backend development. You will work closely with product and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready systems for our AI-powered SaaS platform. Reponsbilities Design scalable, secure, and modular architectures on Azure. Define integration patterns, container strategies (AKS), and deployment topologies. Make decisions on microservices, APIs, and infrastructure provisioning. Own Azure DevOps pipelines and manage infrastructure as code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform). Set up and manage AKS clusters, ACR, VNets, firewalls, and environments. Implement CI/CD, monitoring, and automated security configurations. Write clean, production-grade code (Python / .NET / Node.js). Build tools and automation scripts for deployment and operations. Collaborate across teams to develop platform features and integrations. Monitor and troubleshoot live cloud environments. Ensure observability, resilience, and compliance in all deployments. Maintain governance and security standards for customer-specific environments. Requirements 6 10 years in cloud architecture, DevOps, and backend development. Strong hands-on experience with Azure services (AKS, ACR, VNets, DevOps, Storage, etc.). Proficient in backend coding and infrastructure automation (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience in SaaS, multi-tenant systems, and production-grade deployments. Excellent troubleshooting and collaboration skills. Own and execute the GTM strategy for Botminds AI in the US market. Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to closure and post-sale growth. Build trusted relationships with C-level executives across key verticals. Create and manage a scalable sales pipeline targeting Fortune 1000 and high-growth innovation-led companies. Define sales processes, tools, and metrics for an early-stage, fast-growing AI company. Recruit and mentor a world-class sales team (SDRs, AEs) as we scale. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering to shape demos, onboarding journeys, and customer narratives. Requirements 15+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in AI, ML, automation, or intelligent document processing platforms. Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals and managing complex enterprise sales cycles. Strong domain knowledge in AI/LLM, workflow automation, or digital transformation solutions. Experience launching and scaling GTM efforts in new markets (US preferred). Deep relationships across industries such as finance, healthcare, insurance, legal, or shared services. Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of software engineering experience, including significant time architecting enterprise-scale platforms. Deep expertise in .NET (C#) for large-scale, high-performance systems. Strong proficiency in Python, especially for AI/ML development and integration. Hands-on experience with NLP, LLM ecosystems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. Familiarity with building and deploying MCP and A2A orchestration frameworks. Experience with vector search, embeddings, and document retrieval pipelines. Proficient in cloud-native environments, preferably Azure, along with Docker and Kubernetes. Strong communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and leadership. Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering teams and lead technical direction.
